No DC output:
- Verify AC input connections (pins 1 and 2)
- Check for open circuit across any internal diode
- Ensure DC output is not shorted (pins 3 and 4)
Overheating:
- Ensure load current is less than 2A

- Verify that peak voltage does not exceed 1000V
