= Wiring and Usage Tips =

Safe connection guide:

  1. Connect AC mains (live and neutral) to AC-IN terminals
  2. Connect dimmable load (lamp or motor) to AC-OUT terminals
  3. Connect VCC to 3.3V or 5V from microcontroller
  4. Connect GND to microcontroller ground
  5. Connect PWM/Signal pin to a PWM-capable MCU pin

For zero-cross synchronization, some modules require a separate connection to a hardware interrupt pin . The RBDdimmer library handles this automatically .

Use a fuse for added protection
Non-dimmable LEDs are not compatible and may be damaged
Disconnect from AC before wiring
